Returns & Refunds policy
Stained Glass
Returns and exchanges are not accepted on stained glass pieces. Each stained glass piece is packaged carefully for safe delivery. Once the piece is unwrapped there is no guarantee it won't be damaged in the return shipment. If there's an issue with the shipping or the item, please contact me via the form on the website so I can help.
Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are made to order and take 2-3 weeks to be made. Items will be shipped out as soon as they are complete and you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact me if you need any help or have questions.
All other items
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact me. Unless the item was damaged in shipping the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not accept any items from couriers if the packaging appears heavily damaged.
Conditions for returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging and condition
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us unless they have arrived faulty. Please contact me to arrange a return.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges or Refunds
If an item is damaged we will exchange or refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method which can take up to 7 days depending on your financial institution.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (excluding stained glass). Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
